Proven Treatment
Outcomes

Our results show our treatment works. In our adult programs, 65% of clients start treatment because a family member asked them to.

By the end of treatment, we see major improvements. PTSD symptoms drop by more than half. Anxiety and depression are reduced by about 50%. Medication adherence reaches 94%. These results show our commitment to quality care from licensed graduate-level clinicians.

Levels of Outpatient
Care

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides approximately 6 hours of care per day on weekdays, serving as either a step-down from residential treatment or an intensive first step for those requiring substantial support. Clients meet with our medical director twice weekly to manage medications and ensure treatment effectiveness. This level typically lasts one to two weeks, as clinically appropriate.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP offers three hours of care per day, five days per week, in small groups averaging seven participants. This intimate setting creates space for honest communication and meaningful peer support. After 45 days in IOP, adult clients access our vocational services, including resume building, job search assistance, interview preparation, and professional development support.

Evening IOP and Outpatient Treatment

Our Evening IOP accommodates work or school schedules with the same comprehensive care as standard IOP. Standard Outpatient Treatment represents the final treatment phase, where clients practice recovery skills while maintaining regular contact with our clinical team.

Specialized Teen IOP Program

Our Teen IOP serves adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, peer conflict, and emotional dysregulation. Licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, complemented by creative therapies like art therapy, sound healing, and movement therapy. The program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 PM at our Beach Boulevard location, allowing teens to attend school while receiving intensive support.

Parents participate through weekly family therapy sessions and ongoing education. We provide progress updates to families and, when appropriate, coordinate with school counselors, family law attorneys, probation officers, and other professionals to support each teen’s comprehensive care.

Evidence-Based
Treatment Approaches

Our treatment programs utilize:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for thought pattern restructuring
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with medical oversight
  • Gender-specific therapy groups for focused processing
  • Family counseling to heal relationships and improve communication
